We design, build, and operate a complete wellness bar inside your space — equipment, fit-out, branding, POS, inventory, and a fully trained team. You receive a turnkey Aura Wellness Bar serving functional smoothies, cold-pressed juices, matcha, coffee, and functional food to your members and visitors, with nothing for you to manage day-to-day.
There is no upfront cost for partner locations. Aura funds the entire build-out, equipment, and launch. You contribute the physical space. In return, Aura operates the bar and shares 20% of gross revenue with you from day one, with no management fees, minimum guarantees, or hidden charges.
From the first conversation to opening day typically takes four to eight weeks, depending on the complexity of the fit-out and local licensing. We handle design, construction, equipment installation, hiring, and team training so your space opens fully staffed and fully stocked.

Yes. Aura is actively expanding across Portugal and evaluating partner applications in Cascais, Estoril, Sintra, Braga, Algarve, and beyond. Our goal is 100 locations by 2030, and we're building the supply chain and operations team to support that across the country.
Aura hires, trains, and manages every team member inside the bar — baristas, smoothie makers, and shift leads. All staff follow the same Aura standards on product quality, hospitality, and food safety that we use in our Lisbon flagship, so your members get a consistent experience from day one.
