RAW gets its deep green color from spinach, cucumber, celery, and microgreens — all cold-pressed to preserve their chlorophyll and nutrients. The green color indicates high concentrations of vitamins A, C, K, and iron.
Cold-pressing uses a hydraulic press to extract juice without heat or oxidation. This preserves significantly more vitamins, enzymes, and living nutrients than conventional centrifugal juicers. We cold-press all our juices in-house daily.
