A Day on the Cleanse
Five 250 ml cold-pressed juices and a SUNNY SHOT each day, in the order they are built for — vegetables first thing, the greens mid-morning, the shot to close. The times below are a suggestion, not a rule.

IGNITE
Vegetables first thing: beetroot, cucumber, celery and ginger, with lime for acidity. There is no sweet fruit in the first bottle of the day.
10:00
RAW
The deepest green of the five — the colour comes from the spinach and microgreens, with cucumber, celery, lemon and ginger behind them. One to drink slowly.
12:00
BALANCE
Orange and lemon up front, carrot underneath, warming ginger behind them — the easiest bottle of the day if the greens were hard work.
14:00
SERENITY
Three ingredients only: celery, pineapple and mint, cool and light. An early-afternoon bottle rather than a heavy one.
16:00
VIBRANCE
The last full bottle of the day: apple and carrot pressed with beetroot, which gives it the purple-red colour.
18:00
SUNNY SHOT
A 60 ml shot rather than a full bottle: ginger and turmeric to close the day, with lemon and orange.
Nothing else is required beyond water — 2 to 3 litres across the day, herbal tea if you want it. Keep every bottle at 4°C or below and drink all of them within 72 hours of delivery.

What a Juice Cleanse Is Not
No juice detoxes you. Your liver and kidneys clear waste from your blood continuously, whether or not you are drinking juice, and no bottle switches that on. What a juice-only stretch does is narrower: it swaps your usual meals for juice with no added sugar for a day or more, and it interrupts eating habits long enough to look at them.

Which Length, and What Changes
Five 250 ml cold-pressed juices and a SUNNY SHOT each day, in all three programs. What changes is how long you stay with it, what you pay per day, and how the delivery works.

Who is a juice cleanse for?
Our juice cleanse is for healthy adults who want a short reset of their eating habits. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic, or have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before starting.
How should I prepare?
In the 2–3 days before your cleanse, gradually reduce caffeine, alcohol, processed foods, and animal products. Hydrate well and add more whole fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. It makes the first day of the cleanse more comfortable.
When will my juices be delivered?
Juices are delivered to Lisbon and Porto addresses the evening before your chosen start date so you can begin fresh in the morning. You'll receive a delivery window by SMS on delivery day.
Do I need to refrigerate the juices?
Yes. All juices must be kept refrigerated at 4°C or below and consumed within 72 hours of delivery. Our juices are never pasteurized, so treat them like fresh food.
Can I eat during a cleanse?
Our cleanses are designed as full liquid programs. If you need to eat, stick to raw vegetables, a small handful of nuts, or a piece of fresh fruit. The 1-day starter is the most flexible option if you're new to cleansing.
How much water should I drink?
A lot. Aim for at least 2–3 litres of water per day in addition to your juices — herbal teas are great too.
Which cleanse should I choose?
1-day is a gentle starter or monthly reset. 2-day is a full weekend reset: two consecutive days, without a major commitment. 4-day is our deepest program, includes free delivery, and is for cleansers who want the biggest reset and the best value.

Is a juice cleanse worth it?
It depends on what you want from it. No juice detoxes you — your liver and kidneys do that work continuously, juice or no juice. What you get is five 250 ml cold-pressed juices and a SUNNY SHOT each day, pressed in our Campo de Ourique store the morning of delivery and never pasteurized — and one, two or four days that interrupt your usual eating long enough to look at it. If that is the reset you want, the 1-day at €25 is the easiest way to try it; if the goal is fat loss, it is the wrong tool.
Will I lose weight on a juice cleanse?
Don't make that the goal. A cleanse is a reset, not a diet: whatever the scale shows at the end of one is not a measure of body fat, and if the goal is fat loss, a cleanse is not the tool.
Are the juices fresh or shelf-stable?
Fresh. Every bottle is pressed on a hydraulic press in our Campo de Ourique store, bottled in glass, and never pasteurized — no preservatives, no concentrates. That is why the juices have to be kept at 4°C or below and drunk within 72 hours: unpasteurized cold-pressed juice is a three-day product, not a shelf-stable one.
Can I buy the cleanse juices individually?
Yes. RAW, BALANCE, SERENITY, VIBRANCE and the SUNNY SHOT are sold by the bottle at our Lisbon counters in Campo de Ourique, Santos and Campolide — juices €5.50–6, the SUNNY SHOT €4 — and single juices are also available for delivery on Uber Eats from the Campo de Ourique store.
Will I be hungry?
Expect some hunger between bottles. Five 250 ml juices and a SUNNY SHOT is a real intake, but it is less than you normally eat, so plan a quiet day rather than a demanding one: keep water and herbal tea within reach, drink each bottle slowly instead of in one go, and if you need food, stick to raw vegetables, a small handful of nuts or a piece of fruit. Hunger that arrives with dizziness or feeling unwell is a signal to eat a proper meal and stop — that is a sensible outcome, not a failed cleanse.
Can I train during a cleanse?
Keep it light. Walking, mobility work, easy yoga and stretching sit comfortably alongside a juice-only day; heavy lifting, intervals and long runs do not, because you are eating far less than a training day needs. If you have a session you care about, put the cleanse either side of it — the 1-day is the easiest to slot onto a rest day.
Can I drink coffee or tea during the cleanse?
Nothing in the cleanse — the five juices or the SUNNY SHOT — contains caffeine, and we suggest leaving coffee out for the duration — but taper rather than stop dead. Cutting back gradually across the two or three days before you begin is what keeps the first day comfortable; going from three coffees to none on the morning you start is not. Herbal tea is fine at any point.
What if I miss a juice or eat during the plan?
Nothing breaks. The suggested times are a rhythm, not a rule: the order is flexible, and if a bottle slides a couple of hours or you eat a proper meal on day two, carry on with the rest. The one constraint that is not flexible is freshness — the juices are unpasteurized, so keep them at 4°C or below and drink them within 72 hours of delivery. If you abandon a day, drink the remaining bottles inside that window rather than saving them for next week.
What should I eat after the cleanse ends?
Come out the way you went in. Make the first day back look like your preparation days — vegetables, fruit, whole grains and plenty of water — and leave alcohol, processed food and a large animal-protein meal until the second day. Eat slowly and in smaller portions than usual. Your order confirmation email includes a preparation guide, and the 2-day program comes with a preparation and recovery guide.
Who should not do a juice cleanse?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, diabetic, or managing a medical condition, talk to your doctor before starting — and take that literally if you take blood-pressure medication: two of the five juices are pressed on beetroot. Three more: if you have had kidney stones or reduced kidney function, ask your doctor first; if you have a history of disordered eating, a liquid-only plan is the wrong tool and we would rather you ate; and if you are recovering from illness or surgery, wait. A cleanse is optional — food is not.
Can I collect the cleanse instead of having it delivered?
Yes. At checkout you can choose in-store pickup at our Lisbon flagship instead of a courier, and the delivery fee does not apply. Pickup slots run in half-hour steps, and we have the order chilled and ready at the slot you pick.
How far in advance do I need to order?
At least 48 hours. The earliest start date checkout accepts is two days out, counted in Lisbon time — the same cut-off whether you order from Portugal or abroad. We do not start cleanses on Sundays.
Is the cleanse vegan and gluten-free?
Yes. All five juices and the SUNNY SHOT are vegan and labelled gluten-free. They are fruit, vegetables, roots and herbs, cold-pressed, with no added sugar, no preservatives and no concentrates.
