The 1-Day Starter is for a first try, a monthly ritual, or one quiet day after a heavy week. Five 250 ml cold-pressed juices and a SUNNY SHOT across a single day is enough to learn how your body responds to a juice-only day — where the hunger lands, how your energy moves, how you sleep — before deciding whether two or four days is for you. It fits a rest day without rearranging the week, and it is the only length that asks nothing of tomorrow.

Open with IGNITE at around 08:00 on an empty stomach, and take RAW two hours later while the morning is still slow. BALANCE at 12:00 is the easiest bottle of the day if the greens were hard work; SERENITY at 14:00 is the lightest. VIBRANCE is the late-afternoon bottle and the SUNNY SHOT closes the day at 18:00. Expect some hunger between bottles. Drink each bottle slowly rather than in one go, keep water and herbal tea within reach, walk rather than train, and plan an early night.

Delivery, timing and price
The 1-Day Starter costs €25, plus €5 for courier delivery to a Lisbon or Porto address — €30 in total, or €25 if you collect from our Lisbon flagship at checkout. Your 6 bottles arrive together the evening before your chosen start date, chilled and in returnable glass, so the first one is already in the fridge when you wake up.
Order at least 48 hours ahead: the juices are pressed the morning of delivery, so the earliest start date checkout accepts is two days out, and we do not start cleanses on Sundays. Keep the bottles at 4°C or below and drink them within 72 hours of delivery — a single day sits comfortably inside that window, with room to slide a bottle into the next morning if you need to.

Is one day enough to feel anything?
One day is a reset, not a transformation, and we would rather say so. What to expect is a clearer picture of how much you normally snack, and a sense of how you sleep on a day without caffeine or alcohol. Treat it as a rehearsal: if it goes well, the 2-Day Reset is the natural next step.
How much does the 1-day juice cleanse cost with delivery?
€25 for the 6 bottles, plus €5 for courier delivery in Lisbon or Porto — €30 all in. Choosing in-store pickup at our Lisbon flagship removes the delivery fee, and the price is the same whichever day you start.
Can I do the 1-day cleanse on a work day?
Yes — a desk day suits it better than a training day. Take the bottles with you in a cooler bag and keep them chilled; the suggested rhythm is one bottle roughly every two hours from 08:00 to 18:00, which maps neatly onto a working day. Leave heavy exercise and coffee out for the day, and keep water on the desk.
Can I repeat the 1-day cleanse every month?
Yes — it works well as a monthly ritual on a rest day. Because the juices are unpasteurized, every order is pressed fresh for its own date, so there is no stocking up: order each month at least 48 hours before the day you want.
