Who it suits
The 4-Day Deep Cleanse is the deepest program we make, and the one we suggest only to people who already know how they respond to a juice-only day. Four consecutive days is a real commitment: it needs a clear calendar, no hard training, and a genuine taper beforehand. In return it is the only length where the two-hour rhythm has time to become routine, and the only one with delivery included and a personal check-in from our team. If this would be your first cleanse, start with one or two days and come back to it.
Day by day
Day one — settling in
The first day is the same as any cleanse day: IGNITE at 08:00 on an empty stomach, then RAW, BALANCE, SERENITY and VIBRANCE at two-hour intervals, with the SUNNY SHOT closing the day at 18:00. Hunger is real but manageable if you tapered properly. Keep the day quiet, drink slowly, and go to bed early — the second day is the one to conserve energy for.
Suggested order · 08:00 IGNITE · 10:00 RAW · 12:00 BALANCE · 14:00 SERENITY · 16:00 VIBRANCE · 18:00 SUNNY SHOT
Day two — often the hardest
Day two is often the hardest of the four: you will be hungry, energy can dip mid-afternoon, and the novelty has worn off. Stick to the same sequence, lean on BALANCE at 12:00 and SERENITY at 14:00 as the easier bottles, and treat a walk as the day's exercise. If hunger arrives with dizziness or feeling unwell, eat a proper meal and stop — that is a sensible outcome, not a failed cleanse.
Suggested order · 08:00 IGNITE · 10:00 RAW · 12:00 BALANCE · 14:00 SERENITY · 16:00 VIBRANCE · 18:00 SUNNY SHOT
Day three — the same rhythm
By the third day the two-hour rhythm from 08:00 to 18:00 tends to feel routine rather than effortful. Keep every bottle at 4°C or below and drink them in order, so nothing sits near the end of its 72-hour window. If a question has been building, this is what our team's personal check-in is for — ask it.
Suggested order · 08:00 IGNITE · 10:00 RAW · 12:00 BALANCE · 14:00 SERENITY · 16:00 VIBRANCE · 18:00 SUNNY SHOT
Day four — finishing well
Follow the sequence through to the SUNNY SHOT at 18:00, and spend the evening planning how you come out: a first meal that looks like your preparation days — vegetables, fruit, whole grains, plenty of water — eaten slowly and in smaller portions than usual. Leave alcohol, processed food and a large animal-protein meal until the day after. Return the 24 bottles to any of our Lisbon counters for the full-set loyalty bonus.
Suggested order · 08:00 IGNITE · 10:00 RAW · 12:00 BALANCE · 14:00 SERENITY · 16:00 VIBRANCE · 18:00 SUNNY SHOT
Delivery, timing and price
The 4-Day Deep Cleanse costs €96 for 24 bottles — €24 per day — and delivery to a Lisbon or Porto address is included, the only program where it is. The 24 bottles arrive in two drops rather than one, each pressed at the Campo de Ourique flagship on the morning of its own delivery, so no bottle waits past its 72-hour window. Keep every bottle at 4°C or below between drops.
Order at least 48 hours before your start date — the earliest start checkout accepts is two days out, counted in Lisbon time — and choose a start day other than Sunday — we do not start cleanses on Sundays. Pickup at our Lisbon flagship is also available at checkout, if you would rather collect than have a courier come to the door.

Common questions
Does the 4-day juice cleanse include free delivery?
Yes. The 4-Day Deep Cleanse is the only Aura program with delivery included: €96 covers all 24 bottles and both courier drops to a Lisbon or Porto address — €24 per day, with nothing added at checkout. The shorter programs charge a separate delivery fee.
How do the two deliveries work?
You receive the 24 bottles in two drops rather than one, each batch pressed in our Lisbon store. Splitting the order is what keeps every bottle inside the 72-hour freshness window that unpasteurized cold-pressed juice has — a single drop of 24 could not.
Should I start with the 4-day if I have never done a cleanse?
We would suggest not. Four days is a real commitment, and the second day is often the hardest even when you know what to expect. Do a one- or two-day program first, learn how your body responds, and come back to the four-day when you want the deeper version. Anyone pregnant, breastfeeding, diabetic or managing a medical condition should talk to their doctor before any cleanse, and especially before four days.
What does the personal check-in involve?
A member of our team gets in touch during the program to see how it is going and answer whatever comes up — hunger, the rhythm, training, or what to eat when you finish. It is included with the 4-Day Deep Cleanse only, because four days is the length where a question in the middle actually changes the outcome.
