Adaptogens are natural substances — mostly herbs and mushrooms — that help your body adapt to stress and restore balance. We use them in our smoothies and drinks because they support long-term wellness in measurable ways. Ashwagandha for calm, rhodiola for endurance, reishi for immunity, maca for energy.
Most of them, yes. Our smoothies are made with almond milk, coconut milk, or other plant bases by default. A few options have whey protein; you can always swap for plant-based protein at no extra cost. All our juices and shots are 100% vegan.
Yes. All our smoothies, cold-pressed juices, and wellness shots are naturally gluten-free. We also offer gluten-free food options including overnight oats (with certified gluten-free oats), salads, and chia puddings.
