Matcha and coffee around a class

Prescription runs high-intensity, low-impact pilates — strengthen, stretch, sweat — and the counter is open Monday–Friday from 08:30, Saturday from 09:00 and Sunday from 09:30. So the useful question at this particular counter is not which drink is better in the abstract. It is where in the hour you are:

Before a class. A ceremonial-grade Matcha Latte (€4.50). Matcha carries less caffeine than most coffee drinks — roughly 30 to 50 mg a serving — and because you drink the ground leaf it never arrives on its own.
Straight after. ENERGY (€10) is the one built for it: cold brew, cacao nibs and dates on a chocolate protein base, with ginseng, rhodiola rosea, maca and CoQ10. RADIANCE (€9) if you would rather have collagen and hyaluronic acid than caffeine twice in one morning.
A slower mid-morning. A flat white (€4.30) or a latte (€4.50) when you want to be switched on now; JOY (€11) when you want the matcha blended, with mango, banana, pistachio and almond milk, cinnamon and cardamom.
