Rua Fonte da Luz, 217 in Porto. Open Monday–Friday 08:30–14:00, Saturday 09:00–13:00 and Sunday 09:30–13:00. No membership required — the counter is open to Prescription members and anyone who walks in.
What's on the counter
The full smoothie lineup — BLISS, RADIANCE, CREATIVITY, ENERGY, and JOY — plus the Prescription Smoothie, which carries the studio's name, and a selection of our curated partner products. Same ingredient transparency, same standard. Specialty coffee and ceremonial-grade matcha are on the counter too — we cover both in our guide to matcha and specialty coffee in Porto. The menu will grow over time, but it starts exactly where it should.
Why a pilates studio and a wellness bar
Prescription is a pilates studio with a particular kind of energy. High-intensity, low-impact sessions built around three ideas: strengthen, stretch, sweat. Multiple locations across Portugal, each one focused and uplifting — the kind of space where people show up with intention. What you put into your body matters as much as the movement you do. Ashwagandha for recovery. Rhodiola rosea for endurance. Collagen for repair. Not a café bolted onto a studio — nutrition built in as part of the practice, not added after it.
Why Porto, and why us
Dom, Nate, and Leo met in Lisbon and opened Aura in 2024 — a small bar built on adaptogens, whole ingredients, glass jars. Everything chosen with care, nothing unnecessary. People came back, then started bringing friends: into mornings, into post-workout resets, into slow afternoons. Porto is where that rhythm travels first — close enough to reach, its own city all the same. We partner with places that care about what goes into the body: transparency over hype, evidence over trend. If the values align, there's a good chance Aura belongs there.

Three now, with more on the way. We started in Estrela with the flagship. Then Santos, inside MVMT Studio. And now Aura in Porto, inside Prescription. Each location has its own rhythm — the flagship is the original experience, MVMT is built around movement and recovery, Prescription brings post-workout nutrition into a high-energy pilates setting. Different spaces, different modalities. Same standard, same jars.
