What does an Aura partnership include?
We design, build, and operate a complete wellness bar inside your space — equipment, fit-out, branding, POS, inventory, and a fully trained team. You receive a turnkey Aura Wellness Bar serving functional smoothies, cold-pressed juices, matcha, coffee, and functional food to your members and visitors, with nothing for you to manage day-to-day.
How much does it cost to become an Aura partner?
There is no upfront cost for partner locations. Aura funds the entire build-out, equipment, and launch. You contribute the physical space. In return, Aura operates the bar and shares 20% of gross revenue with you from day one, with no management fees, minimum guarantees, or hidden charges.
How long does it take to launch an Aura bar inside my space?
From the first conversation to opening day typically takes four to eight weeks, depending on the complexity of the fit-out and local licensing. We handle design, construction, equipment installation, hiring, and team training so your space opens fully staffed and fully stocked.
What types of spaces work best as Aura partners?
Boutique gyms, pilates and yoga studios, wellness and longevity clinics, co-working spaces and members clubs, premium retail and concept stores, and boutique hotels. The common thread is a wellness-minded audience that already values quality, movement, and intentional living — the same audience Aura is built for.
Can I become a partner outside of Lisbon and Porto?
Yes. Aura is actively expanding across Portugal and evaluating partner applications in Cascais, Estoril, Sintra, Braga, Algarve, and beyond. Our goal is 100 locations by 2030, and we're building the supply chain and operations team to support that across the country.
Who hires and manages the staff inside the partner bar?
Aura hires, trains, and manages every team member inside the bar — baristas, smoothie makers, and shift leads. All staff follow the same Aura standards on product quality, hospitality, and food safety that we use in our Lisbon flagship, so your members get a consistent experience from day one.
