What is a wellness bar?
A wellness bar is a café focused on functional, nutrient-dense foods and drinks — think smoothies, cold-pressed juices, matcha, adaptogens, and whole-food meals. At Aura, we craft every menu item with ingredients chosen for what they do for your body and mind.
What are adaptogens?
Adaptogens are natural substances — mostly herbs and mushrooms — that help your body adapt to stress and restore balance. We use them in our smoothies and drinks because they support long-term wellness in measurable ways. Ashwagandha for calm, rhodiola for endurance, reishi for immunity, maca for energy.
Are your products vegan and gluten-free?
Many are. Every vegan smoothie on our menu is made with plant-based protein, and all our cold-pressed juices are naturally vegan and labelled gluten-free. We offer both whey and vegan protein options for all smoothies. On the food menu, the energy balls, crunchy salad and coconut lentil curry are vegan and labelled gluten-free, the overnight oats and power bars are vegetarian, and the chia pudding is vegan and made with oat milk, so ask us first if you avoid gluten. Just ask our team for specific dietary needs.
Can I order Aura for delivery?
Yes! You can order our full menu through Uber Eats for delivery in the Lisbon area. We're available for delivery from our flagship location in Campo de Ourique.
Where are your locations in Lisbon?
We have three locations in Lisbon: our flagship at R. Domingos Sequeira 11A in Campo de Ourique / Estrela, inside MVMT Studio at R. das Janelas Verdes 128C in Santos, and inside Fine Club, Lisbon's first Lagree studio. We also have a location in Porto inside Prescription.

Where can I get a cold-pressed juice in Lisbon?
Aura Wellness Bar presses its juices fresh in Lisbon — RAW (greens), BALANCE (citrus and carrot), SERENITY, and VIBRANCE — available at the Campo de Ourique flagship and for delivery on Uber Eats. Multi-day cold-pressed juice cleanses are available too.
What is functional nutrition?
Functional nutrition is an approach that uses food and supplements as tools to support specific health outcomes — like using ashwagandha for stress relief, matcha for sustained energy, or collagen for skin health. At Aura, every menu item is designed with a functional purpose.
Are your juices cold-pressed? What does that mean?
Yes, all our juices are cold-pressed in-house using a hydraulic press. Cold-pressing extracts juice without heat or oxidation, preserving more vitamins, enzymes, and nutrients than conventional juicing methods. This results in a higher-quality, more nutrient-dense juice.
Do you offer juice cleanses?
Yes. We offer 1-day, 2-day, and 4-day juice cleanse packages — five 250 ml cold-pressed juices and a SUNNY SHOT each day. Packages are available for order online with delivery or in-store pickup. See our juice cleanse page for full details, pricing, and what to expect.

What's the best smoothie for after a workout?
Our ENERGY smoothie is designed for post-workout recovery — it contains cold brew for an energy boost, ginseng and rhodiola rosea for endurance, chocolate protein for muscle recovery, and CoQ10 for cellular energy. For a calmer recovery, try the BLISS smoothie with ashwagandha and CBD.
Do you cater for events and partnerships?

What healthy breakfast options do you have?
We serve overnight oats, energy balls, power bars, chia pudding, and all our smoothies and juices make great breakfast options. Our food menu is designed for healthy, on-the-go breakfast and lunch in Lisbon.
Where can I get a healthy breakfast in Lisbon?
Aura Wellness Bar serves overnight oats, chia pudding, energy balls, and power bars at its Campo de Ourique flagship (R. Domingos Sequeira 11A) from 09:00 Tuesday to Friday and from 10:00 on Saturday, and at its counters in Santos (inside MVMT Studio) and Campolide (inside Fine Club), which open seven days a week. Every smoothie and cold-pressed juice on the menu works as breakfast too.
Can I get a juice cleanse delivered in Lisbon?
Yes. Aura's 1-day, 2-day, and 4-day cleanse packages — five 250 ml cold-pressed juices and a SUNNY SHOT each day — can be ordered online with delivery in Lisbon or picked up at the Campo de Ourique flagship.
Is Aura a smoothie bar or a juice bar?
Both. Aura is a wellness bar in Lisbon serving five functional smoothies built around adaptogens — ashwagandha, reishi, matcha, maca — and cold-pressed juices made in-house daily on a hydraulic press, plus wellness shots and healthy food, with full ingredient transparency on every item.
Are your smoothies vegan?
Most of them, yes. Our smoothies are made with almond milk, coconut milk, or other plant bases by default. A few options have whey protein; you can always swap for plant-based protein at no extra cost. All our juices and shots are 100% vegan.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes, items labelled gluten-free. All five smoothies, every cold-pressed juice and the SUNNY SHOT are labelled gluten-free, and so are the Energy Balls, Crunchy Salad and Coconut Lentil Curry. The Overnight Oats and Power Bars are made with standard oats, so we do not flag them gluten-free, and the Cacao Peanut Chia Pudding is made with oat milk, so ask us first if you avoid gluten. It is a shared kitchen, not a dedicated gluten-free facility, so if you are coeliac, ask us about cross-contamination.

Can I order delivery?
Yes. Delivery is available through Uber Eats in Lisbon. You can also pre-order a juice cleanse for scheduled delivery across Lisbon and Porto.
