Aura is in Porto now. A small counter inside Prescription, a pilates studio on Rua Fonte da Luz in Cedofeita. Our third location, and the first outside Lisbon. It felt right the moment we walked in.
What is Prescription
Prescription is a pilates studio with a particular kind of energy. High-intensity, low-impact sessions built around three ideas: strengthen, stretch, sweat. Multiple locations across Portugal, each one focused and uplifting. The kind of space where people show up with intention. A natural fit.
Why this works
What you put into your body matters as much as the movement you do. Prescription's members train with purpose. They want what comes after to match. Ashwagandha for recovery. Rhodiola rosea for endurance. Collagen for repair. Cold-pressed greens for replenishment. Not a café bolted onto a studio. Nutrition as part of the practice.

Porto is the first step outside Lisbon. Just the beginning. We started in Estrela with the flagship. Then Santos, inside MVMT Studio. Each location has its own rhythm — the flagship is the original experience, MVMT is built around movement and recovery, Prescription brings post-workout nutrition into a high-energy pilates setting. Different spaces, different modalities. Same standard.

About Aura
Dom, Nate, and Leo met in Lisbon and quickly fell into a rhythm. Building, cooking, sharing long, easy meals. Somewhere in between, a question kept surfacing. Why did the things that tasted good give so little back. And why did the things that worked feel like something you had to endure.
In 2024, they stopped circling it and opened Aura. A small bar tucked into a quiet street. Adaptogens, whole ingredients, glass jars. Everything chosen with care, nothing unnecessary. The idea felt obvious once it existed. Make something that does both. And make it beautifully.
People noticed. They came back, again and again, then started bringing friends. Aura found its way into mornings, into post-workout resets, into slow afternoons that stretched a little longer than planned. The kind of place you recognise before you realise why.
Now there are three locations, with more on the way. The jars are the same. The ingredients, unchanged. Just more space to step into the rhythm.
